Adam continued his winning ways by taking his 3rd consecutive victory in a row. More than half of the field including Floyd Landis and Rahsaan Bahati didn't even finish. Adam stayed strong the entire 3.5 hr.+ race and it came down to 2-man sprint which he easily took. A great job by the entire team. La Grange Results:
Only two women showed up for this race, but that was all we needed. Erika Graves and Anna Drakulich. Erika stayed at the front the the entire race and when it came down to only four riders, she took off for the line too early and finished 3rd. Anna finished shortly after.

An amazing display by the elite men this afternoon in Dominguez Hills this Afternoon. Not only did Stratton Easter make his pro 1/2 debut, but Jorge Alvarado took a 2-lap solo victory!
The Elite Men showen up in force this evening in Long Beach including Anthony Aker, Gustavo Mendez, Victor Ayala, Raul Frias, Aron Gadhia, Alexi Martinez, and Jorge Alvarado. It seemed there was an attempt of a breakaway nearly every lap. None lasted more than a lap or two until about 4 laps to go when about a dozen riders including two from Rock Racing, two from Colavita, and Jorge Alvarado gained a lead on the field which lasted untill the finish. Jorge came across the line in about 8th. Also, Aron Gadhia finished 5th in the 35+ race earlier in the afternoon.
Beatriz Rodriguez, Morgan Kapp, Catherine Fielder-Cook, Michelle Orem Morgan and Beatriz
The Women's team had 5 riders finish in the top 20 today in Long Beach. More than any other team. Morgan Kapp (3rd), Beatriz Rodriguez (5th), Kathryn Donovan (9th), Erika Graves (12th), and Melinda Weiner (17th).
I just noticed this a few days ago. There is a La Granger right in the center of the ad for Jamis Bicycles in the April issue of Bicycling magazine. It looks like a picture from 2008. Any ideas who this is?
